Hands down, Brain Host has the best customer support that I’ve experienced in my 7 years of working online. Their support staff is in the United States and everyone speaks english and they work hard to get stuff done for you. I’ve never had a customer support ticket go more then an hour without a response and I’ve always been able to get on the phone with someone right away.
Features: Brain Host has more bells and whistles then any other hosting company I’ve worked with. Site builders, Fantastico, CMS platforms, anything you could possibly need to build a website or make your website better Brain Host provides. A lot of hosting companies have trimmed their offerings recently due the price and liscenses required to offer all of these great tools and yet the charge more than Brain Host does.
Bottom line: Brain Host is packed with value. Top notch customer support, massive feature set and incredible up-time. I don’t see myself taking my business anywhere else. A true American based company blowing the competition out of the water and most of the other big hosting companies are overseas somewhere. If you are looking for a massive bang for your dollar Brain Host should be your one and only consideration.
